- In case of any dispute, the decision of Saya Enterprises Ltd is final.

- This gift card can be used in conjunction with other ongoing discounts or promotional offers.

- Gift cards are not refundable and not exchangeable for cash.

Please note

Please note that some of our products are delicate in nature. Whilst all items are packaged carefully to a consistent standard, minor breakages may occasionally occur during transit, particularly with products such as papdi gathiya, farsi puri, pani puri, and similar items.

Once orders leave our warehouse, they are handled by third party couriers and we are unable to control their handling processes. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of minor transit related damage.

Frozen products are dispatched Tuesday to Friday only. Orders placed after Thursday evening and over the weekend will be dispatched the following week.

Please note that frozen product pricing includes an additional surcharge to cover specialist packaging and shipping costs compared to in store pricing.
