We carefully inspect each fruit and veg at multiple stages before packing, checking externally for bruising, blemishes and other quality issues. 

Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to cut open every fruit and veg and therefore cannot offer refunds for only internal quality issues.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. In some cases, deliveries may take an additional day to arrive, and mangoes may be riper upon delivery as a result.
