Indian alphonso mangoes are popular in the UK due to their sweet, tender and juicy texture. It's short season, from March until the end of June, is a major cause for celebration. Often making the '1000 foods before you die' lists.
We carefully inspect each mango at multiple stages before packing, checking externally for bruising, blemishes and other quality issues. As these are naturally grown fruits and not supermarket perfect, minor blemishes or slight wrinkling may occur and are considered normal.
Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to cut open every mango and therefore cannot offer refunds for only internal quality issues.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. In some cases, deliveries may take an additional day to arrive, and mangoes may be riper upon delivery as a result.

Please note that some of our products are delicate in nature. Whilst all items are packaged carefully to a consistent standard, minor breakages may occasionally occur during transit, particularly with products such as papdi gathiya, farsi puri, pani puri, and similar items.
Once orders leave our warehouse, they are handled by third party couriers and we are unable to control their handling processes. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of minor transit related damage.

Frozen products are dispatched Tuesday to Friday only. Orders placed after Thursday evening and over the weekend will be dispatched the following week.
Please note that frozen product pricing includes an additional surcharge to cover specialist packaging and shipping costs compared to in store pricing.
