Clementines are a small, sweet, and seedless variety of mandarin oranges, known for their easy-to-peel skin and bright orange color. Originating from a cross between a willow leaf mandarin and a sweet orange, clementines have a juicy, mildly tangy flavor that makes them a popular snack, especially during the winter months when they are in season.

We inspect all of our fresh fruit and veg at numerous points whilst packing. We check externally for bruises, blemishes and other quality issues. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we are unable to inspect the interior of the product. We are not able to issue refunds for any blemishes found only on the inside of a products. Depending on your location, deliveries may take an additional day to arrive and the fruit and veg may be riper on arrival as a result.

Please note that some of our products are delicate in nature. Whilst all items are packaged carefully to a consistent standard, minor breakages may occasionally occur during transit, particularly with products such as papdi gathiya, farsi puri, pani puri, and similar items.
Once orders leave our warehouse, they are handled by third party couriers and we are unable to control their handling processes. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of minor transit related damage.

Frozen products are dispatched Tuesday to Friday only. Orders placed after Thursday evening and over the weekend will be dispatched the following week.
Please note that frozen product pricing includes an additional surcharge to cover specialist packaging and shipping costs compared to in store pricing.
