Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend into a smooth paste.
Pour the blended mixture into a small saucepan and simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the excess water evaporates and you have a thick chutney.
Serve
Serve with dhokla, muthia, or other savoury snacks.
