  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk the Shayona Chickpea Flour into the curds until smooth.

  • Heat the ghee or oil in a saucepan over medium heat.

  • Fry the Shayona Cumin Seeds and fenugreek seeds until they crackle.

  • Add the curry leaves and chilli-ginger paste, stirring well.

  • Pour in the curd and chickpea flour mixture, along with 250ml water, salt, turmeric, and sugar or Shayona Jaggery. Mix thoroughly.

  • Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for a few minutes, stirring continuously to prevent curdling.

  • Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.

Serve

Best enjoyed with steamed rice.
