Green Yoghurt Chutney

Ingredients

  • 250ml beaten natural yoghurt
  • 15g fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • 4 green chillies, chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • A little water, as needed

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the coriander leaves and green chillies with a little water to make a smooth paste.

  • Mix the paste into the beaten yoghurt.

  • Add salt and stir well to combine.

Serve

Serve immediately with dhokla, muthia, or other savoury snacks.

Cooking Time

Approximately 5-8 minutes, including preparation and assembling. Assembling time may vary with larger quantities.
