Green Chutney

Ingredients

  • 25g fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • 4 green chillies, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons roasted peanuts or roasted chana
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon Shayona Cumin Seeds

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.

  • Blend until smooth to form a thick paste.

Mint Chutney Variation

  • Use 15g chopped mint leaves and 15g chopped coriander leaves instead of coriander alone.

  • Follow the same method as for the green chutney.

This makes a fresh, tangy chutney perfect for snacks and sandwiches.

Serve

Serve with dhokla, muthia, or other savoury snacks.

Cooking Time

Approximately 5-8 minutes, including preparation and assembling. Assembling time may vary with larger quantities.
