Peel and cut the boiled potatoes or plantain into small pieces. Heat 50g oil in a pan and stir fry.
Add 50g Shayona Dabeli Masala and mix well. Stir in roasted peanuts, pomegranate seeds, raisins and coconut flakes until evenly combined. Cook briefly then remove from heat.
Slice each pav bun in half and spread a layer of Shayona Date and Tamarind Chutney inside. Add 1½ to 2 teaspoons of the prepared dabeli mixture inside and spread evenly.
Add a few peanuts on top then lightly fry the assembled pav in butter until warm and lightly crisp.
Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.
